Women's Business & Empowerment Network, Inc. is a 501C-3 non-profit organization that was established with the vision of empowering women for economic development in the world of business and life by equipping them with knowledge, strategies, tools, and relationships for success.



Yakinea Marie Duff, an author, life and leadership coach, motivational speaker and business strategist, is the Executive Director of the L.O.R. Women's Business & Empowerment Network and she, along with her team, play a vital role in the planning and execution of business conferences, workshops, and empowerment sessions to position all attendees for growth in all areas of life.



L.O.R. Women's Business & Empowerment Network partners with some of the most affluent and influential leaders, corporate professionals, and business experts in the country to equip, educate, and empower women with business strategies, tools, and relationships that will assist them in the development process and expansion of their vision.
