Yakinea Marie Duff is Executive Director of the Ladies of Royalty (L.O.R.) Women's Business & Empowerment Network, Inc., a 501C-3 non-profit organization, that was established with the vision of empowering women for economic development in the world of business and life. She is also the President and CEO of Yakinea Marie Enterprises, a division of Kingdom Entrepreneurs International, LLC.



As an author, life and leadership coach, motivational speaker, and business strategist she volunteers and host monthly mentoring workshops for women under the Ladies of Royalty Network. Yakinea Marie is the event coordinator for the annual Ladies of Royalty Impact Women's Business & Empowerment Conferences. She is also responsible for implementing the "From Good to Great" Leadership Workshop at schools and colleges. 

 

Yakinea Marie is currently completing her Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Global Management at the University of Phoenix.

 

As a leader she has received numerous awards for leadership one being the 2008 Coretta Scott King Humanitarian Award for outstanding leadership. Under the leadership of Pastors Dr. Michael D. and Kennetha Moore of Faith Chapel Christian Center Yakinea Marie received her ministerial license. She is a vision partner at Faith Chapel Christian Center and serves on the ministry of intercessory prayer. 

Soheila Page McKay is a life skills instructor for the Jefferson County school system, with extensive experience in social services and job readiness training. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Science & Business at the University of Montevallo and is currently completing her Masters in Secondary Education (M.Ed).

 

Partnering with her husband with Like Paul Ministries, she does motivational speaking at churches, youth groups, group homes and schools. With years of hands on experience she aims to be the best at what she does.

 

She is a Certified ServSafe Instructor and Proctor, which provides individuals with certification in food handling and safety practices for food industry professions. Mrs. Page McKay is the acting Secretary for the Ladies of Royalty Women's Business & Empowerment Network, Inc.

 

Shayla Bennett is a degreed Industrial and Systems Engineer from The University of Alabama in Huntsville. Ms. Bennett is considered by many to be a STEM K-12 Outreach All-Star for her ingenuity in developing programs, leadership in bringing STEM to underrepresented groups, and passion to see others excel in life.

 

She is an advocate for education, starting officially as a senior at Fairfield High School teaching Junior Achievement to 5th grade students at C.J. Donald Elementary. In 2007, she began volunteering with The Society of Women Engineers, SWE, in local events in North Alabama. Ms. Bennett quickly moved from volunteering at events to hosting small and large events.

 

While Ms. Bennett has become a subject matter expert for hosting STEM, she continues to work locally with Girls Incorporated of Huntsville, local Girl Scout Troops, and visits local elementary schools to introduce Engineering to children through hands-on activities and programs.

 

She has used her passion for event management with additional organizations such as The Flora Pearl Foundation and The Strength of a Woman Empowerment Journey Conferences. Ms. Bennett is the acting Event Manager for the Ladies of Royalty Women's Business & Empowerment Network, Inc.

Harriett Panchoo is a training manager with The Pantry, Incorporated DBA Kangaroo Express. She has more than 15 years experience with The Pantry Incorporated, working as a District Manager for 3 years. Her responsibilities include but are not limited to overseeing the internal and external operations of the Pelham Kangaroo Express, product distribution, employee accountability, hiring and training.

 

Mrs. Panchoo earned her Bachelor of Science in Business from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College. 

 

She is the founder of Mama Harriett's Mission Kitchen, which focuses on feeding the homeless in inner cities and communities. Mrs. Panchoo is the acting Treasurer for the Ladies of Royalty Women's Business & Empowerment Network, Inc.
